Although Chef Annie grew up in an Italian household and trained professionally in classic French culinary arts, her food is the product of visiting many cultures. Her greatest joy comes from utilizing the finest Northwest ingredients and artisan products from abroad and manifesting our seasonal, scratch menus to life.
